Shipping policy
We want to provide the best possible products and services to our customers. Once you submit your order and payment, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Please contact us if you do not receive it. You can also visit your Member Center to view detailed information about the status of your order.
Your package will be shipped within 24 hours. Once it's been shipped out, another email will be sent to you within the next 48 hours showing that the order has been shipped and can be tracked with the tracking number provided. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. In some countries, the delivery time could be longer.
Delivery is guaranteed. If the package is lost we will reship at our expense.
Returns & Replacements
If you have a problem with the item you received, we will accept returns with 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Please return the product in its original condition and packaging. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Buyer will pay return shipping and a restocking fee may apply.
